What locations do you ship to?

Β We package & ship orders anywhere in the United States as well as to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary from location to location.Β 

Β International shipping varies from country to country. Some countries prohibit imports of certain items. Please make yourself aware of your country's import and shipping restrictions by clickingΒ here.Β 

Β  Please note. Every country's import laws and customs restrictions are different. It is impossible for us to know each country's laws for every order. It is your responsibility to know your own country's laws before ordering. If in the event your package is held at customs for lengthy periods of time and/or subsequently seizedΒ or destroyed due to being a restricted item, we as a company are not responsible. The customer will need to contact their country's customs for detailed information. JerkyPro and its subsidiaries are in no way liable or responsible for seized or confiscated goods.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders areΒ processed & shipped as soon as possible. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order.Β The typical delivery time frame is anywhere fromΒ 2- 5 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, naturalΒ disasters may cause further postal delays. TrackingΒ information, including the carriers, is provided with every order.Β All USPS Priority shipments ordersΒ areΒ insured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Β 

Β The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our facility. However, in cases like this, becauseΒ some packages are insured, (generally those weighing 1 pound or more that were shipping Priority) we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxesΒ already covered from your own purchase at checkout. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
